AMD Annual Training Conference 2024

April 2024

To mark the end of the financial year and look forward to the next, our recent all department event proved a great opportunity to share ideas on how we can continue to improve our services for our clients and further strengthen our core values.

Over the course of the day we delivered a range of presentations and group discussions including legal compliance, financial considerations in the legal sector, unconscious bias, client care principles, anti-money laundering, personality type indicators, data protection updates, cyber security and business marketing.

This year we included 2 new workshops covering the impact of unconscious bias and how key personality indicators influence how we communicate and work most efficiently. Both subjects were incredibly insightful and something we can all take into every day life outside of the working day.

A short break to take an online personality indicator assessment, the results of which help us all to understand how we best receive and deliver information with colleagues.

Thank you to all of our speakers and the team who organised the event. We have already received some excellent ideas to include in our next event.
