AMD Solicitors retains Lexcel accreditation for third year running

AMD Solicitors is delighted to have retained Lexcel accreditation, which it has held continuously since first applying in 2012.

Lexcel is the Law Society’s international practice management standard and is only awarded to solicitors who meet the highest management and customer care standards. To gain and retain Lexcel accreditation, practices undergo rigorous independent assessment every year, including a site check from an experienced assessor, to ensure they meet required standards of excellence in areas such as client care, case management and risk management.

Lexcel is an optional accreditation scheme yet, of approximately 11,000 firms of solicitors in England and Wales, only 1,082 legal practices have been awarded Lexcel accreditation as of March 2012.

Marian Davies, a founding Director of AMD Solicitors, said: “We are proud to have secured Lexcel again and our re-accreditation demonstrates our commitment to client care and best practice. Our clients and staff can be assured that the way we manage the practice has their interests at heart and runs efficiently.“
