AMD Solicitors of Bristol are delighted to have secured the Law Society’s practice management standard, Lexcel, after undergoing a rigorous independent assessment.
Lexcel provides professionals in legal practices with a flexible, supportive management framework to help develop greater operational efficiencies, manage risk effectively, reduce costs and promote profitability.
Marian Davies, Client Care Director at AMD Solicitors said:
“I am delighted that the high service standards at AMD have been recognised and endorsed by the Law Society. The Lexcel accreditation gives us the opportunity to hallmark our commitment to providing a strong procedural management performance in addition to our focus on face to face client care and building client relations. A big thank you to all staff members for their continual hard work and dedication.”
Matthew Still, representing the Law Society, presented AMD Solicitors with the award in person on 18th April 2012. Speaking during his visit to AMD Solicitors’ offices in Clifton, Matthew said: “AMD Solicitors’ achievement of gaining Lexcel accreditation proves a commitment to the continual development of the practice’s management standards”.
“Lexcel requires high standards in client care and practice management from solicitor practices, and acquiring the award is no easy feat. AMD’s achievement shows the positive steps the firm has taken to help their clients in an increasingly diverse, complicated and competitive legal market.”
Launched in 1998 and developed specifically for the legal profession, Lexcel is a recognised accreditation scheme for practices and gives clients the assurance that a practice meets high standards of practice management and performance.
