AMD is delighted to strengthen its commercial property team with the appointment of Senior Commercial Property Solicitor, Helen Brewer.
Helen joined AMD in January 2020 with over 14 years’ experience in commercial property.
Helen spent 8 years of her career with a prominent international law firm advising on a wide range of commercial property issues. During this time Helen spent 10 months on secondment to a renewal energy company where she advised a number of renewable energy developers in connection with the real estate aspects of their wind farm and solar park developments.
Helen’s arrival is yet another indication of AMD’s progress in its property team following a nomination for team of the year at the 2019 Bristol Law Society Awards.
Speaking on her appointment, Helen said:
“I am excited to be joining the Commercial Property team at AMD. Despite the recent uncertain economic times, the firm is benefiting from a period of expansion and high work levels. The opportunity to be a part of this growth and to add my extensive skills and experience to their already exceptional offering, was too good to miss. It is also great being back in Bristol after a number of years based in North Somerset”.

Helen will be based at 15 The Mall, Clifton Village but will be able to meet clients throughout our 4 offices.
Helen can help with property investment acquisitions and disposals and portfolio management having acted for a wide range of established real estate companies, institutional investors and entrepreneurial private investors and developers. She can also help tenant clients across various sectors from start-up businesses to established corporate entities.
