Receptionist Henleaze Office: Full or Part Time

1 November 2023

We are delighted to open a vacancy for a lead receptionist at our Henleaze Road Office. We are open to a full time position or part time hours to fit around family commitments.

Our Henleaze Road office is our largest office and one of our busiest receptions. The role will require excellent personal and customer care skills as our reception creates a new client’s first impression of the firm.

The role will involve a wide range of administrative responsibilities such as greeting and tending to new and repeat clients, being a primary point of contact on telephone, knowing how to allocate calls throughout the firm for new enquiries, managing the office diary and meeting room bookings.

As this role does not always require 100% of time dealing with reception management, the successful candidate will also be tasked with office management responsibilities such as managing key suppliers for the firm, ordering supplies for the offices (eg stationery, office furniture, IT equipment), diarising and running compliance requirements for the office (eg regular electrical tests or fire alarm tests).

The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to add overflow legal secretarial support to our core departments where possible or required. This will include, typing, document drafting, copying, file management, corresponding with clients and solicitors and managing file compliance.

Whilst some experience of working in a law firm would be useful it is by no means essential as full training will be provided. A candidate with a passion for customer service, team engagement and structured organisation will be equally important.

This vacancy is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and supportive office and become an integral member of the firm.
