Every summer AMD Solicitors nominate a charity to be their ‘charity of the year’. Throughout the year we undertake various efforts to raise as much money as we can for the chosen charity.
The time has now come to choose our next charity and we are proud to announce that this year Paul’s Place will be receiving the fruits of our charitable efforts!
Paul’s Place is the only charity specifically supporting adults with physical and cognitive impairment in the Bristol area – this includes Bristol, South Gloucestershire, North Somerset and Bath and North-East Somerset. Like many charities Paul’s Place relies on the generosity and goodwill of the local community.
Last year Paul’s Place raised enough money to build a permanent extension to the premises in South Gloucestershire. They run day facilities 48 weeks of the year along with evening activities and holiday’s several times a year.
AMD Solicitors are pleased to be supporting Paul’s Place and we hope that they will continue to be seen, as they are now, as an organisation that gives from the heart, that really cares, and which makes a big difference to people’s lives. These values will remain core to everything we do, now and in the future.
