Anne joined AMD in November 2002.

Anne specialises in the Administration of Estates on behalf of the Executors. She also deals with the administration work on behalf of Attorneys which will include contacting various organisations to register the EPA/LPA for the attorney, completion of various state benefit application forms, where applicable, and completion of the Self Assessment Tax Return.

She can also help people and their families with finding a residential care/nursing home in cases where the person has been taken into hospital and is then informed that they are unable to return home either on a permanent or temporary basis. She can also organise the transportation of personal effects/furniture where appropriate so that their accommodation in residential care feels more like home.

Anne often deals with people, where social services are not involved and who have no close family members, who require assistance with financial and more practical matters such as ensuring that their home has the correct mobility facilities etc so that they can return home after a period in hospital or after respite care.
