Our commercial property team, led by Helen Brewer, recently acted for The Crafty Egg on their new lease of the former New Moon public house on Fishponds Road in Bristol.
The Crafty Egg is a popular independent licensed café in Stokes Croft, serving brunch, smoothies, coffee, beer, and local produce, including many gluten free and vegan options. It is loved by foodies across Bristol and following the huge success of their Stokes Croft cafe, the company has now secured a second venue in another prime Bristol location. The new café will serve up delicious brunches in the daytime, switching to drinks and food in the evening. Learn more about The Crafty Egg story here
Ben Bennett of The Crafty Egg praised AMD for their assistance with its expansion, and commented that:
“Helen was efficient, diligent and straightforward in her approach. She was always available when I needed to speak to her and never rushed me when I needed help.”
The Crafty Egg hopes to open its doors in Fishponds at the beginning of April. We will keep our eyes peeled for its further success in the city (and hopefully beyond!).
Helen Brewer commented:
“the deal was not without its challenges but I am so pleased to have worked with Ben on this, and to have played a part in securing this venue for the company’s expansion. Exciting times for The Crafty Egg and Fishponds!”.
