AMD’s Commercial Property team advises Bristol Beer Factory

Our Commercial Property team led by Helen Brewer were delighted to advise Bristol Beer Factory (BBF) on their new lease at Wapping Wharf in Bristol.

The new venue called the “Junction” is described by BBF as “a pocket of Bristol Beer Factory in the city centre – expect a proper pub with great beer, classic pub grub and roasts on Sundays”.

The Junction is the fifth edition to BBF who also have sites at BBF Tap Room, the Barley Mow, Studio BBF and the Arnolfini. BBF is an independent brewery who truly care about their product from lager, IPAs and Stouts. You can read more on their story, core values, locations and purchase their products here.

Helen Brewer, Head of Commercial Property, commented:

“We were absolutely delighted to assist Bristol Beer Factory on securing this venue. The timeframe for the transaction was time sensitive with BBF wanting to maximise the summer trade with a May Bank Holiday weekend opening date. With lots of moving parts and a tricky title, it was challenging but also hugely rewarding to have completed within the client’s timescales. It was a pleasure to work with Sam Burrows and BBF to ensure a successful outcome. The wide range of issues presented by the transaction demonstrated the strength and depth of our practice and expertise. We have no doubt the Junction will be a welcome addition to Wapping Wharf and BBF will continue to thrive. We are very excited to get down there to experience the premises for ourselves”.
