Our Commercial Property team led by Helen Brewer were delighted to advise Bristol Beer Factory (BBF) on their new lease at Wapping Wharf in Bristol.
The new venue called the “Junction” is described by BBF as “a pocket of Bristol Beer Factory in the city centre – expect a proper pub with great beer, classic pub grub and roasts on Sundays”.
The Junction is the fifth edition to BBF who also have sites at BBF Tap Room, the Barley Mow, Studio BBF and the Arnolfini.
