At AMD Solicitors, we are committed to supporting our local community. Each year, everyone at AMD is invited to put forward a local charity with the view to becoming our Charity of the Year. Once the nominations are received, each member of the firm votes for their preferred charity and that then becomes the charity we raise money for, through fundraising activities alongside donations from the firm.
We are proud to announce that our 2026 Charity of the Year is Bristol Children’s Hospital Grand Appeal.
Supporting Bristol Children’s Hospital
The Grand Appeal is the official charity for Bristol Children’s Hospital, committed to saving the lives of sick children and supporting their families. The charity funds:
- Life-saving medical equipment
- Ground-breaking research into children’s health
- Family accommodation close to the hospital
- Wellbeing and mental health support services
- The hospital’s patient hotel
Great Bristol 10K Fundraising Challenge
To launch our fundraising efforts, a team from AMD Solicitors will be running the Great Bristol 10K this May. Our runners are training hard to raise money for Bristol Children’s Hospital.
