Claudia Plessier joined AMD’s Property Team in November 2025. Prior to joining the team at AMD, Claudia gained experience as a paralegal and solicitor apprentice in residential property.  

Claudia graduated from the University of Law in Bristol with a first class law degree, and has since passed the first stage of the Solicitors Qualifying Exams. 

Claudia can assist in all areas of residential property matters such as: buying and selling both freehold and leasehold properties, Right to Buy, auction sales and purchases, Help to Buy Schemes, Life Time ISA’s, transfer of part, remortgage, and transfer of equity.

Outside of work, Claudia enjoys travelling, and spending time with her dachshund.
