Grant is a Director and Company Commercial Solicitor.

Grant joined the Commercial team in 2008 and became a Director in 2011. Grant specialises in working with business owners to advise on corporate and commercial legal requirements.

Grant advises businesses of all sizes from start up businesses, family owned SME businesses right through to large sized limited companies of regional and national presence.

“What I enjoy most about company and commercial law is the relationships developed with clients when working to structure and grow a business model.
