Martin was admitted to the Roll in 2015 and joined AMD in February 2023, to head up our Civil and Commercial Litigation department. Martin advises on a wide range of general litigation instructions including general Civil and Commercial Disputes, Property Litigation, Landlord and Tenant Disputes, Contentious Probates and Shareholder Disputes.

Prior to joining AMD, Martin spent 8 years in the City carrying a varied caseload of Civil Litigation encompassing Professional Negligence, Property, Contract, general Commercial Disputes, Commercial and Residential Landlord and Tenant, Insolvency and Contentious Probate. Before qualifying as a solicitor, Martin took the opportunity to gain experience in Hong Kong providing commercial litigation support to an IT and telecoms company.

Martin brings his extensive experience to our Whiteladies Road Office and also provides litigation support to our Commercial and Private Client teams.
