Prior to joining AMD, Tom gained experience working at a long established law firm in Bristol for 6 years. Tom was admitted to the Roll in 2021 and specialises in commercial property transactions. Tom joined AMD in December 2023 and advises on property acquisitions and disposals and has acted for a number of different landlord and tenant clients across various sectors.

Tom is based at our Whiteladies Road office forming part of the commercial property team. Tom advises on commercial property purchases and sales, new leases for both landlords and tenants, lease assignments, renewals and surrenders.

Tom also provides commercial property support to the corporate team on company acquisitions and sales where there is a property element to the deal.
