Jack Bull joined AMD in September 2022, firstly as a corporate paralegal before completing his training contract with AMD. Jack was admitted to the Roll on October 2024. Before joining AMD Jack obtained a first class honours degree from the University of Liverpool where he also completed his LPC Msc.

Jack Bull is based in our Whiteladies Road office forming part of the corporate team, working alongside Grant McCall. Jack advises business owners on private acquisitions, asset and share sales, exit strategies, company buybacks, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts and corporate compliance.
