Our acquisitions team led by Grant McCall and Jack Bull were delighted to advise the shareholders in the recent sale of the entire issued share capital of Track Analysis Systems Limited (‘TASL’) to Radonova Laboratories, a subsidiary of Swedish technology company, Lagercrantz Group.
Founded in 1983, TASL specialises in high-quality polymer sensors for neutron dosimetry and radon detectors with associated reading systems. TASL will operate as a subsidiary within Radonova Laboratories, which is part of Lagercrantz’s Control division.
This transaction marked our first completion of 2025 and we were delighted to achieve this for the sellers. Congratulations to all involved in the deal and to all parties going forward.
