BIO
Laura joined AMD as a Private Client paralegal in July 2021 and commenced her training contract in September 2023. Laura is currently in her Corporate Seat where she is working with SME business owners across Acquisitions, Company Sales, Buybacks and Shareholder Agreements. In her previous seat Laura assisted the team, meeting clients and drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney which will continue as she advises business owners with Business LPAs.
Prior to joining AMD, Laura gained experience working at a law firm in Taunton for over 3 years within their Family and Private Client Team. Laura attended Swansea University and graduated in 2018 with a Law Degree.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with her family and socialising with friends.
