Laura qualified as a solicitor in 1989 and joined AMD in October 2002. Laura became a Director in 2024.

Laura specialises in all aspects of Residential Property including Freehold and Leasehold Titles, Residential and Investment Purchases, Sales and Mortgages and Advice on Land Law and Title Issues.
Most recently, Laura has:

• Acted for clients in a wide range of residential property transactions.
• Provided advice to clients on both leasehold and freehold issues.
• Assisted clients with Equity Release Scheme mortgages
• Acted for clients in London in extending rectifying or varying their leases.
• Prepared Declarations of Trust setting out the ownership of equity in a property.
• Provided advice on boundaries, rights of way and covenants
