You may already own a property but have found a better mortgage deal or you may be a co-owner of a property needing to re-mortgage to buy a greater share of your property.
You may be older in age and, because pension returns are poor, have been tempted to look at “Equity Release” – a way of unlocking the value of the equity in the property to produce a lump sum or regular income of both.
