Re-mortgaging & equity release
You may already own a property but have found a better mortgage deal or you may be a co-owner of a property needing to re-mortgage to buy a greater share of your property.
You may be older in age and, because pension returns are poor, have been tempted to look at “Equity Release” – a way of unlocking the value of the equity in the property to produce a lump sum or regular income of both.
Either way, our specialist residential property team can offer advice and guidance upon the legal issues involved. We may sometimes recommend that you obtain specialist advice from an independent financial advisor or other expert.
We can work alongside your own financial advisor to ensure that your arrangements can be put into effect with appropriate legal documentation in place as smoothly and quickly as possible.

What our Clients say
“AMD Solicitors excelled in looking after us on a recent residential property sale in Bristol. They were friendly, attentive, efficient, and supportive throughout. We have also worked with AMD on commercial leases, and I thoroughly recommend them to anyone needing a reliable solicitor in Bristol”

“Rebecca Martin is for sure a golden star at AMD Solicitors! She was super-efficient with emails and always being on top of things. This has made the whole sales process extremely smooth, to the point that even I was surprised on how quickly it all finished, when you consider how many nightmare stories you read around the internet regarding conveyancing and slow responding solicitors etc.
I cannot recommend her and AMD enough!”
“Grant and Jack have worked extremely hard with our very tricky business sale, they have been polite and patient with us throughout the whole experience and successfully got us over the line, I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.
Thanks terry”
